Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will address any issues with your order.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued under specific circumstances, such as receiving damaged or spoiled products. To be eligible for a refund, you must contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please provide a detailed description of the issue and photographic evidence.
Process for Refunds
Once your request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within one week.
