Yes, we recommend making a reservation to ensure availability.

What booking options are available?

We offer Standard Booking (up to 20 pax), Private Room (over 20 pax, no decor), and Private Room with Decor (extra charges apply). The Private Room on the second floor requires a minimum spend of RM5,000 for groups of 20 or more people.

Is there a minimum order requirement for free shipping?

No minimum amount, you will get free shipping for purchases above RM250.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, online banking, and e-wallets.

How long does delivery take, and can I choose the delivery time?

Delivery within West Malaysia typically takes 1 day. Example: If we ship on April 1st , it will reached your door step by 2nd April.

What should I do if I receive a durian that is not up to standard?

Contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund based on our satisfaction guarantee policy.
